James King's Rate: $350 per hour

Legal Assistant Rate: $150 per hour

Required Retainer: $5,000 to $8,000, depending on case. 

Retainer Replenishment:  Initial retainer amount must be replenished at the end of each monthly billing cycle.

One Hour Initial Consult Fee: $200

Free 15-Minute Consultation for Premarital and Cohabitation Cases

Premarital and Cohabitation Retainer: $1,050 to $2,100
